I have an old Intel 815EEA; with 512MB RAM. (2/256). PC133 3.3v Win 2K
Yesterday I was testing 2 new DIMM's; (PC133 ) but they didn't work on my 815EEA.
Now I connect back the originals DIMMS and PC is dead.
If I turn on the PC with no memory; I get the beeps;
the mobo led turns on and CPU fan turns on.
As soon I connect one or two of the DIMM's and apply power the CPU fan does not even starts and the mobo led doesn't turn on either.
Any ideas?

I've actually had this problem with my old E-machine. I'd install my two sticks of memory and my computer wouldnt boot. I removed the power cord and the two stick of memory. Then I installed one stick and plugged it in to make sure it worked. If it did, I then installed the other stick and hope it worked.
