Instant Messengers being hacked

780 Views 1 Reply 2 Participants Last post by  TheBruce1
Hello - my Yahoo instant messenger and my daughters AIM has been hacked. We have two different computers, but on the same line, not networked, just using the same modem. Mines is a wireless laptop and she uses the regular computer. Hers was hijacked a week ago and they cursed out one of her friends. Mines was hijacked today. In both cases they did not change our password.

Can someone tell me what exactly is going on here? How can this happen? And now what can be done to fix this?

FYI our IM have automatic log in, so we dont key in anything. Is someone using a spyware? Please help!
