can somebody please help me with this, i would like it to be fixed by before christmas day if possible,


I am having problems with installshield, when i hit task manager i get ISUPM.exe, which is an update engine for installshield, now and then in the bottom right hand corner i get a page cannot be displayed (linking towards and update), i have a free online game named warrock and it will not uninstall/install because of this, also it will not even work i just get an error and do you want to send the report. so if somebody can tell me how to update it iwould appreciate it. Thanks and best reguards from me (please respond before christmas)

Let's try forcing an update of InstallShield. Take a look at this KB article and follow the instructions:

here is a download for a program that can delete add/remove entries.then you can just delete the games files.

when i click version i got this,
5.1.100.47363

and this didnt seem to resolve the problem because there is only 2-11 but no 5. Also when i tried to enter warrock i click ok on boht of the normal screens before loadup and then when it tries to enter the screen goes black and i get an error report, please help me

i get a small installshield icon in the bottom right near the clock, it says Installshield Update Manager on the mouse over, but i cant click it.
