installing flight simulator x

I am trying to install a new copy of flight simulator x. I get to the end of the second disk and get an error 1305. i then get a message to say the software has not been valdated and i can go no further. my computer was installed originally with xp and have since had to have a new hardrive installed with xp again. Any ideas...HELP!!! Thanks
