If some part of Office is indeed installed, go here...

and click "Check for Updates". M$'s bot will scan your office install, and, since some of it probably needs an update, will direct you to download the updated installer, so it can do your update. After that, you can update what you have installed, and then be able to install the rest of Office that you want.
