Tried that and replaced with old ram and still no change
Wait! What?

Did the computer work fine before replacing the old RAM?

Are you saying every thing worked fine before, didn't after installing the new RAM, and then you put back in the original RAM, it did NOT restore the computer to a working condition?

Did you unplug the computer from the wall, and touch bare metal of the case interior to discharge any static in your body BEFORE reaching in to pull the old and insert the new RAM?

Did you triple check to make sure you didn't knock loose a cable?
