When I try to install program, I get the following error message right at the end of instalation-

Error 1404.Could not open key:

UNKNOWN\Products\20943A18B0D902942AC5C4CDD5413B82. Verify that you have sufficent acces to that key, or contact your support personnel.



Does anyone know what this means and what to do about it?

The trial version of Paint Shop Pro 8.0 :dead:

I downloaded it from www.jasc.com so, yes, i'm sure

I also get the same (or maybe similar) error when trying to install MSN Messenger 6.0 :dead:
