Installation Errors Etc.

Hi, im new here and am requesting help if it is ok. I have been receiving errors such as Page_fault_in_nonpaged_area and iqrl_not_less_or_equal with the latter being uncommon. 5 days ago a buzzing occured in my tower and got larger each day for 3 days. the 4th day all was fine, but the 5th day i decided to reinstall my computer completely by deleting all files, etc. Those 2 errors are what i receive when trying to install xp again. They are on a blue screen come wituh a stop error, etc. If i get through to installing it will say, fatal error, cannot verify signature, etc. I think my comp overheated and sorry for typing issues and briefness but i am typing from my wii one letter at a time.
I can give more details if needed, and the installation worked once but used a win98 theme i think, and kept coming up with errors
