Infopath 2007

Hi we have been using E-forms, any users working on these forms use Infopath 2007. a new user was trying to print a form (which has been printed before by other people) however the print settings are grayed out, but the printer works with other applications (tested in word). Any ideas? I know it could in theory be locked but then other people wouldn't be able to print. need help with this ASAP. Thanks very much guys
