It's not necessarily a problem, it depends on how the partition table was created. If you aren't experiencing any issues with any of the partitions, my advice is to ignore it. I have a system where the partition tables are not in order, since I have deleted one in the middle, and resized another one to fill the space. It causes no problems.

Now that's funny. I've made the same thing - deleted one partition and resized another. Are you sure this is not a vital problem?? Thanks anyway!!

It's just an informational message, since they're normally sequential. I suspect they think it might indicate that there's a missing partition that you might like to recover. If you know there isn't one, ignore the error, that's what I do.
