Infected computer

Hello,

I know my computer is infected because it keeps trying to open porn sites. Also if you click on the windows update website from the windows box that has the turn off and on feature you go to a pron site not the update site. I also can no longer go to the windows update website and update my software, it says I have a problem. If I try and use the services.mcs and turn on the automatic updates it returns to disabled.

I have Comcast McAfee version 8 Internet software package installed and I am running Windows XP Pro SP3
