Improve System Performance Windows Vista.

If you monitor your computer's free system resources (or memory), you may note that the resources have decreased even though no programs are currently running. Under some conditions, your computer may run slowly. Programs may be started automatically when you start your computer. Programs that run when you start your computer typically run all the time; this uses a portion of your computer's system resources that cannot be used for any other task.

To increase the System Resources and performence without adding additional RAM(System Memory) in Windows Vista, please visit the following Web site and perform the instructions given in it.

I would always advise against turning off system restore unless you have backed up the system previously or/and if you have made a one disc recovery
