Hi,I am experiencing some strange problem with my laptop.
• When I open IE is always with some sort of error message at the bottom left hand side corner.
• Once I am surfin the internet and i try to go back the page cannot be displayed appares....always!!!
• i cannot connect to the microsoft update page (the page cannot be dispayed)(Error number: 0x80072EFD)and if I stay on the same page trying to surf somewhere else it wouldn't work.
Please could you have a look at the HJT log below and let me know if there is something wrong??
does anybody know what is happening to my laptop?

I have also runned a panda test online but I am stucked on the "see report" stage.when I click it it tells me that there is not connection but I am surfing on the TSF page (writing to you),if I click on the disinfection advice or your pc is infected buttons,"the page cannot be displayed appares".

what should I do?
Do I have to throu the laptop out of the window??
By the way, the Panda result says that I got 5 spyware,3hacking tools and rootkits and 2 dialers

and this is the log from AVG anti-spyware:

Hi and welcome to TSF

1: This looks like a net connection issue to me or a infectious one if your connection is OK from the ISP and your config.

2: I would advise/look at your logs but I'm not authorized to do so on this board. There is a special froum made here for that with Security Analysts for this task, specifically who handle all the parasite shooting.

3: http://www.techsupportforum.com/sec...lease-read-before-posting-hijackthis-log.html

Then make a post HERE and one of the Security Analysts will assist you ASAP.

Do I have to throu the laptop out of the window??
Not yet

Hope it works out for you.

This is a fairly common Windows Update error and hopefully this article will help you resolve the problems you are having.
Please follow the suggestions in the link provided also look over Microsoft's Link

I see nothing malicous in your HJT log. The files panda found can easily be remove by using CleanUp!
They are only tracking cookies from what I see in the log. And you can clear all Restore Points to rid of the ones showing in the C:\System Volume Information\_restore
