I have my tables set where it is center in every screen resolution but when i put a background image in it moves when i change the screen resolution. how can i put a image in without it moving with different screen sizes.

Or is there a way to put a image in and you can put other images on top of it.
I'm trying to put a logo in the website.

Here is a pic on how i want to look like. I have all the text not moving but the logo in the background is moving on different screen sizes

What excactly are you referring to? Is this in Photoshop or another program?
