IIS help, blank webpage

I am trying to set up a test site for bulletin boards. I was finally able to install it, however now, I can't even display the index.html file which only consists of one line of text.

Nothing shows up, there's no error, it doesn't even seem to start the page in the first place.

I'm thinking it has to do with IIS, but I can't figure out where to even look.

We're running Plesk as our front end control panel, but don't use it at all, however, we've encountered problems before that might have to do with Plesk's interaction with IIS.

Anyone have any clue as to what this could be. If you need more information, I am happy to provide it.

If your bulletin board uses any PHP you need to make sure you have installed and enabled PHP on the site. I don't think IIS comes with it by default. If you want to find out more on IIS and web site design you can check out the CA World Expo, lots of info for IT admins www.ca.com/caworld/
