i have windows XP
graphics card is Intel(4) series internal chipset
version 6.14.10.4977
i play borderlands 2
after about half an hour i get blue screen of death saying stuff about igxprd32 driver error
only happens if i play borderlands 2
i have 32 bit edition 3.00Ghz 4 gig ram
my graphics card is a Q43 or Q45
i try to update from Intel website
apparently I'm downloading wrong driver update
i need this driver fixed

Open control Panel \ System \ Device Manager

double click on the video card, go to the details tab, there it will tell you what your card is so you can go get the appropriate video card driver.
