im having a similar problem....
firefox and internet explorer wont open.
(they will the 1st time i boot up but if i try to go on later it shows the hourglass cursor then nothing...)
funnily enuff they both show up in the processes in task manager (multiple ones if i keep trying to open them)
recently i downloaded 'ccleaner' and run it cleaning up about 4gb of space and im wandering if this has anything to do with it??
sumtimes when i run 'ccleaner' then try to open the browser it works but other times it doesnt.
someone must know sumthing??????
