When i start IE7 it frezzes up. then i get an error message RUNDLL
i found it once but i can't find it now i really want to have the internet explorer

Try System Restore. Go back as far as you can remember before the problem started, or if you can't remember go back to the oldest available restore point (you may find some apps you recently installed will need re-installing after doing this -- that's normal).
If IE7 works after the restore, you now need to delete all the restore points otherwise you risk bringing the problem back if you use SR again later on.
1. Start>Control Panel>System.
2. Click the 'System Restore' tab.
3. Check "Turn off system restore on all drives" and click "Apply"
4. When cursor re-appears, Uncheck it again and click "OK"
