Here's the steps to reproduce.
I have a content iframe - I fill it with text, ensuring no scrollbars pop up (all text is located within the visual boundary, no problems there.)
The moment I go even one line below in what would normally only force the vertical scrollbar to present itself, the horizontal scrollbar does as well, with about 1/4 inch to scroll to the right, even though previously there was no text to scroll.
Furthermore, if I use a div align="right" tag after this has happened, the text is aligned completely to the right, and stops (fully visual) when the horizontal scrollbar is all the way to the right.

Here is an image to help illustrate.

What is causing this, and how can I resolve it? :4-dontkno I know it's merely an eyesore, but it makes my work seem disfunctional somehow, and I'm not quite comfortable with that.

Thank you for your time. :)
