Can you try another browser such as firefox or google chrome?
IE 8 will not connect
IE 8.0.6001 won't go to homepage, or any page when booted up normally (although i have connectivity as I can download updates, etc.), However, when in Safe Mode with networking everty thing is fine.
Free AVG antivirus and Malwarebytes scans come up negative.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
