I have installed a clean copy of Windows XP PRO. Ran the updates but IE 7 will not launch. Anyone have any Ideas.

What happens when you try to open it? Did Windows Update offer IE8?

You get the arrow with the hour glass for a few seconds and then nothing. I have tryed to run repairs and still the same.
