I have a IDE hard drive and am trying to install it into my computer that has SATA connectors. ive looked online and cant finds anything. can someone help me?

What brand and model PC do you have, a lot still have 1 IDE controller on the motherboard.

I have a Dell optiplex GX620

The 620 does have a IDE controller, good for 2 devices, it may have the CD/DVD drive connected to it now, #9 in the system board image.

Yeah i noticed that too. Sorry i forgot to mention that the only problem is that i have 2 IDE hard drives that i wanna put in.

Do you have 2 extra Sata connectors? I think they only have 2.

If you have the Sata connectors you'll need the adapter then.
