My T-23 will not start. At first it would half power up, the fan would be erratic but the harddrive would not spin. Now nothing is working. I suspect the battery as I have been told that Li-Ion don't gradually die, they just die.
To nail this down I need to know:
1) If you own a T-23 will it run with out the battery?
2) If you have a T20-23 and a volt meter can you tell me the output on the four negative battery leads of a fully charged battery?
