I have found 2 threads concernig T23 no boot
1) IBM T23 Wont Boot
2) IBM T23 Will Not Boot
My Latop have the same problems . no boot no bios screen on the external screen it is the same.. So Videocard is ok.
If i try to boot a couple of times and move the laptop i can start. If i put the laptop in standby/resume i can wake the latop .
Sometimes now the latop make a short crack and goes down. Looks to me like the description about the inductors for T23.
Q: Does anynody know if the MB of the T21 more or less same and this could be the failure?
