I was wondering.. About windows rating

My PC has 2 GB RAM ddr2 800, My laptop have 2 Gb RAM DDR 3 1333 RAM. SO if you rate it in windows 7 you would think that the ddr3 has a better rating than ddr2 but my pc has a rating of 5.6 and laptop has a rating of 5.5 ?? So is laptop RAM of a lower quality than of a normal pc? And is core i5 better than quad core? my pc has a quad core 2.6ghz and my laptop has core i5 2.6 but my pc rates the quad core better than my laptop rates my core i5? which should be better?
