Please state exactly the steps you've taken. What was your Windows 10 source?

After installing Window 10, most (if not all) drivers will be installed while it does its updating. Updating will require an Internet connection. So if your network adapter driver didn't load with the Windows 10 installation, you'll have to get the driver using another computer. Install the driver and let the machine go thru its updates.

If after the updates you still need a driver, go to Lenovo.com's support page. You'll find drivers there.

If you want to order recovery media, go to Lenovo.com's support page. I've had to do that once. It was about 3 years ago. they sent me a USB drive which installed the OS, just as it came from the factory. The was no charge.

If the recovery partition is still intact, you can recover to factory condition using the OneKey option. See here How to recover preloaded Windows by using OneKey Recovery - ideapad, Lenovo Laptops - Lenovo Support SV

Go here: Download Windows 10

Click the Download Now button to download Windows .ISO file onto your HDD/SSD

Create Windows 10 installation media (USB flash drive) by following the instructions under "Using the tool to create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file)" link down a bit on that page

The insert your new USB flash drive with the Windows 10 installation routine on it into the computer and set the computer to boot from it instead of the drive you are booting from now.

The Windows installation routine will allow you to delete the old partion and create a new one, format it for you and then install Windows 10.

After a bit when it is installed, remove the USB flash drive and boot up into Windows 10.

(Don't forget to get all available Updates. Tap the [Winkey] type in update and hit [Enter] or click the "Check for Updates).

If you want to uninstall Chrome OS from your laptop and install Windows 10, you can follow these steps:
  1. Create a bootable USB drive with Windows 10 installation media. You can download the Windows 10 ISO file from the Microsoft website and use a tool like Rufus to create a bootable USB drive.
  2. Insert the USB drive into your laptop and restart it. Press the key to enter the boot menu (usually F12 or Esc) and select the USB drive as the boot device.
  3. Follow the prompts to begin the Windows 10 installation process. You will need to format the hard drive and partition it before installing Windows 10.
Note: Chromebooks were not made to run Windows .

Have you contacted Lenovo to ask them directly if your lenovo v14 us actually, in fact truly a Chromebook even though they directly did not specify that fact? Where and when did you purchase the laptop? I ask these questions because from all of the problems you are having speaks to the fact that even though you said it is a lenovo v14 it is probably truly a Chromebook, in which case, save yourself the stress aggravation and frustration and accept that it is a Chromebook and will never be able to run Windows because Chromebooks are technologically 100% not capable of running Windows.

The OP's laptop is not a Chromebook so, as stated, they can easily boot off of a Windows Installer, Choose their Language Then Custom Install. In Where Would You Like to Install Windows, Delete ALL Partitions and press Next to install Windows.
Chromebooks are not meant to be upgraded or used for any heavy apps. They are used for people who just want to browse the internet, Social Media, Youtube and Email.
Chromebooks do not have the standard Bios that we are all aware of. So, you can't just boot off of a USB Flash drive to install Windows. Or most things that Windows laptops do. It is very easy to Reinstall the Chrome OS. But Thankfully, this is not the OP's issue and they will do just fine.
