I had no problems with the router when i used it back in California and i was using it here. I dont know what i did to the router when i restored it to factory defaults. Possibly the firmware is out of date? its the only thing i can think of now. I dont think it has anything to do with my antivirus or ISP. Just the wireless router because that was the only thing that i changed.
Well i hope one of you can help. Thanks : D

Welcome to TSF,

Your ipconfig /all looks good and you're able to see different Wi-Fi connections. Is your SSID Free Candy? You're using the same Channel as your neighbors which is Channel 11, try changing it to Channel 1 and see if it helps.

You may also try refreshing your network connections by removing all wireless profiles stored in your computer.

Re add your SSID (wireless network) that you're trying to connect to with the correct encryption.

Ok,
i changed the channel to 1 and i also deleted my other wireless connections. as well as re adding "Free Candy" with WPA2- Personal encryption which my router is using.
Still the same problem.

You lost the wan settings. Appears everything is fine on the lan side of the router.

You would logon to the router and go to the wan page. Copy a screen print of that page to here for us to review.
