I have a emachine el1200-el0e its a 64bit. I reformatted with xp pro and now drivers are not showing....other pci bridge device, pci device, pci simple communications controller..sm bus controller, unknown device. video controller (vga compatible). I didnt realize all this til I called my cable company to send signal to get internet. they told me that my NETWORK CONTROLLER was missing and had me do IP config..which didint show my ip address......said until I get that straightened out...not much can be done. I went to emachine site...really couldnt figure out what I needed to down load..maybe someone can help me. I appreciate any and all suggestions.

Go to the eMachine Support site here (be sure to select Windows XP)

Install the listed drivers starting with the Chipset first.
