I am running on XP. I am not extremely advanced on computers. I got some really bad spyware/malware on my computer a few days ago.

I can only run my computer in safe mode with networking. When this first started on monday I was able to use SuperAntiSpyware (it has worked vary well in the past for me). But now I cant really do anything! I cant run HijackThis, I cant install SS&D, nothing! When I go to install SS&D I get this,

Widows Installer
The system administrator has set policies to precent this installation.​

I have read around and people were saying that that was most likely a mask to not allow anti-spyware to be installed.

I have tried to used system restore, although every time I do it, it reloads and say that it us unsucessful. I really dont know were to turn. I would post the HijackThis log here, but I cant run it! I click on it and it does nothing! Same thing with SuperAntiSpyware.

I really need to fix this before tomorrow night. I am a graphic designer and I have clients waiting. I am so stressed! Please help me!

Click on the Spyware Cleaning link in my signature and follow as many of the steps as you can . .

The problem with that is that I cant use GMER or DDS. When I click to open them they wont open. And no process opens for them. I think that it is the spyware preventing them from opening. I cant do it in Regular Startup or in Safe Mode.

Just do what you can and post on the forum indicated . . some real good folks will help you get cleaned.

Try renamig the files then exicuteing them
