I really need help in this error in device manager
hello everybody i need help in an error in device manager :upset:
i have tried every thing but i didn't know how to solve it :4-dontknow and i cannot use the wireless connection to surf the internet any more i will post the pic bellow
btw iam using hp artist edition the first generation of it
the error codes are 19 and 31 :sigh:

i downloaded sp2 and then i opend it it took like 30 sec and then i said "service pack 2 is already downloaded 
what should i do :'(
