hi guys!

I was given a new home cinema system the other day to replace the one i blew up. I'm keeping the speakers from my old system because they are bloddy good and i can't be bothered to re-wire my living room. This has left me with a spare set of 5.1 speakers that I'd like to use with my computer.

Theres 5 surround sound speakers and a sub woofer. Any suggestions which sound card i should get? I should point out though that the speakers are not self powered so I'd be looking for a card that will power them if thats possible.

Sound Blaster X-Fi Elite Pro would be a good choice but powering up your speakers might be a problem and a hassle for your system. You need to calculate the power that the whole system would need.

if money is not an issue, may i suggest the SB Audigy ZS Gamer (5.1 Support) it comes bundled with a bunch of games and is 5.1 compatable
