i need help with my computer

ok so for the past few months my internet explorer keeps on closing and the message pops up internet explorer has stopped responding and while im on the internet for a while my computer restarts with a blue screen. i took it to the mechanic three times and he didn't fix it. other applications also starts crashing..and automatically closes.
