Well I reinstalled windows XP...or downgraded from windows vista, I possibly deleted a partition during reinstalling windows xp. It was about 5 megabytes in size. Anyhow I successfully installed windows xp in another partition that had the original Vista OS on it. Now when I start windows xp, everything works except my internet......which is what I think I deleted.
To be more specific, when I check out my devices, the part that say "other devices" has 3 yellow question marks; 1. Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus, 2. Ethernet Controller, and 3. Network controller.
Ive spent days browsing the internet trying to find out how to get the drivers for these specific devices. Im basically trying to find out how to turn my internet back on...( there are lights on the port that you connect the cable to, that used to light up when you connect them, they do not light up anymore). Hopefully all this info helps. Please help me! Thank you
