I got the beeps!

Well, I have a computer with a slot 1 pentium III on a biostar motherboard. My problem is that all of a sudden, the damn thing started beeping whenever I start it up. I turn the computer on and it beeps for 2-3 seconds and then it pauses for 2-3 seconds, then beeps again for 2-3 seconds, etc. I have pulled out all the pci cards, the video card, the memory, the ide cables, pretty much everything but still it doesn't work. The board has 3 slots for ram and the one closest to the processor is where it is located. When I move it to one of the other slots, the computer no longer beeps but nothing comes up on the monitor. I have a feeling that it is either bad memory or something wrong with the motherboard. Anything would help me out. Oh, the best part is I don't know the model number of the board. It has 3 pci slots, 1 agp, 1 isa, 3 ram slots, slot 1. Thanks

Problem is bad memory or incompadible memory, had it happen on a couple builds I was doing, the beeps without anything else is the give away, and no matter where you look you wont find this written down in any troubleshooter guide, at least that I could find back when I didnt know what the *bleep* was going on.
