This is my very first post, so bare with me. I'll just tell you everything I can't do on my computer anymore. ctrl+alt+delete to pull up task manager because the button is grey'd out. This prevents me from noticing anything suspect and looking into it. I had my computer shut down a few times before saying that it was missing services.exe and had to terminate. Thats whats going on and I'm bummed out. The only way to get on my computer now is threw safe mode, if I boot up normally I'll just be staring at my desktop all day waiting for that program I clicked to appear 2 hours later.

If theres anything else that would help you try and solve this problem let me know.

-Thanks in Advance

Hello c0mpatibl3

I think you most have some sort of malware.

If you can, follow all the procedures below in Safe Mode. Then post a log and tell them you can only run in Safe Mode.

Please follow our 5 Step process outlined here:

http://www.techsupportforum.com/sec...read-before-posting-malware-removal-help.html

After running through all the steps, please post the requested logs in the HijackThis Log Help forum.
http://www.techsupportforum.com/security-center/hijackthis-log-help/

If you have trouble with one of the steps, simply move on to the next one, and make note of it in your reply.

Thanks for your response to my problem. I'm going threw the steps and right off the bat I have to skip step 2 due to an error stating "Sorry, loading is incomplete due to an error. Please try again." I've installed spyblaster and updating windows could be a problem since my windows is not genuine the person I bought this computer from had a pirated windows :/ I did how ever DL SP 2 and AVG and will run a scan. I've attached the log to this post.

did you report the pirated software to microsoft, they will sometimes give you one free license for free to get you legal,

I have seen many of the same issues on many of the pc's I work on, and the description is of a malware issue, great advice "man of the north"

Didn't know I could do that binaryman. I got new problems now. I can't access my main drive which of course has windows. The timing in which it happened was a bit odd. When I dl'd VGA then restart from the prompt to boot the program properly I came to find myself not able to use it. When I clicked on it I had a cmd prompt window show up telling me that the admin restricts the use of cmd prompt. Then thats when I discovered my main drive wasn't there.

I get this error too now

Alert

Type Error: Components.classes[cid]has no properties

Go to THIS WEBSITE. Scroll down to #51 on the right side and download and run Enable the Taskmanager.

This will load some info into your registry to re-enable it.
