Seems like a defective P/S, what do you need help with, taking it back to the store? 
i got a new power supply and windows won't load
i installed a new power supply, ad started up my comp and it goes up thte screen with the Windows XP and teh thign on teh bottom moves from left to right and it remains like that, never stops. When i install back my old power supply, it works. PLZ HELP
