I downloaded an antivirus program to my pc,and then normally i was asked to restart it. I followed the instruction, and the problem was the pc never continues to run to the windows and i can't either to go to the setup or safe mode( I keep pressing on the keyboard and nothing happens), so I thought of reformatting the computer with a bootable CD that came originally with the computer, and also it never runs and i can't go the to bootable tab or menu.
I thought it might be from the keyboard, but i changed it and also no positive results.

I don't what is really wrong, but I will appreciate it if there is a solution to my problem.

i tried downloading Memtest86+ V2.11 (22/12/2008) on a cd, but first i extracted the file out of its compression. I rebooted the computer, i felt that there is some sort of processing, but still no positive results.

cmos reset
turn the computer off
remove the power lead from the back
take the side off
remove the cmos battery
move the cmos jumper from pins 1 and 2 to pin 2 and 3 and the back to pins 1 and 2
reinsert the battery
put the side on
replug in the power lead
boot the computer

there can be 2 solder points you touch with a screwdriver
2 pins you touch with a screwdriver or use a jumper
a cmos clear switch or button
there will be a diagram and instructions in your manual

what are you running
video card
cpu
m/board
ram
power supply
brand
wattage

when you get into the bios post these

check the listings in the bios for voltages and temperatures and post them
