On an internet computer download the drivers for your computer only from this Dell Site: Drivers & Downloads | Dell US Start with the Chipset driver, then Network driver. Save them to a USB flash drive and transfer them to the troubled computer. Once you get internet, return to this page from the troubled computer to download the rest of your drivers listed with yellow flags in the Device Manager.

make sure you have downloaded and installed the Audio Driver Details | Dell US
When you click on the downloaded file, it Unzips to a location on your C: drive take note of where (eg) C:\Dell\Drivers or some such. After unzipping, it should start the install process. If not, in the Device Manager, right click the yellow flag and choose Update Driver. Browse it to the folder the Audio driver unzipped to. Lead it to the .inf file. That should install the audio driver.
