Are the options for restart or shutdown just not available or do they not work when you select them.
i can't shutdown my laptop
help.!! i cant shut down my laptop Windows7..i also cant restart it nor logoff..but when i press sleep, it sleeps..please help me to shutdown my laptop..=(
