i cant find an update of my bios

i checked the intel site for an update but apparently my motherboard doesn't exist to them for drivers or bios. My motherboard is an intel d915grv motherboard. my computer shut down randomly twice and it suggested it was because i needed to update my bios, at least that is what they say. maybe there is a step i missed when installing my processor a month ago. i upgraded to a P4 3.6 GHz processor, but did nothing with my bios and am wondering if i need to do something with my bios. it automatically said 3.6 GHz so idk. but anyway if you could help me find those bios that would be awesome! all i could find is a bunch of stupid driver scanners.
