I didnt even realize you had a CPUz posting of your RAM installed, if its installed, and the system is working, then you have the right RAM lol, and if you haven't gotten any BSODs then its probably stable, but regardless you want to run Memtest86+ regardless, 3 passes, download and burn the ISO to disc, boot off the disc before the system loads into Windows, once its done 3 passes you are then pretty sure its gonna be stable for good.
Again, 1.65v is fine for socket 1156 or 1366, and more than likely if you havent done anything in the BIOS its running at 1.5v, it might be at 1.65v but doubtful, you should enter the BIOS and manually set the timing and voltage and speed to 1333 MHz, though the timing is quite standard at CAS9 so its probably running at that already, but if you have 1366 and not 1156 its probably running at 1066 MHz by default 1.5v
