Hello friends,
I have a printer, HP 695c, and when I installed the windows 2000 it recognized and installed its generic driver. Until now, ok. But the problem is: when I tried to configure the paper, I didn`t find the office paper dimensions (330 x 215 mm) and one more problem, it hasn`t the customize paper, where I could put my own values for the paper configuration. How can I resolve this?
I look at in the internet but I found only drivers for win98 or winxp.
PS: Sorry for my bad english. I live in Manaus / Amazonas / Brasil (Rain forest)!
