Hi - I am having problems using thicker paper than printer paper on my hp psc 1350. It inconsistently prints about 1/2 inch lower than it should. I could adjust my document so that it prints in the right spot but because it is inconsistent, that doesn't solve the problem. When I put in copy paper, it prints perfectly every time. Is there a way to fix the problem? I'm trying to print 250 documents and having every third one come out right is a waste of time.
If there isn't a way to fix this, can anyone recommend a color printer that prints on heavier card stock and can also print on paper as small as 3 X 5? Thanks!

My guess is that this printer can not handle this thick a paper.

If I needed to do this, I would print one and take it somewhere to have it copied. It would be cheaper than printing it on a home printer.

thanks but photocopying isn't an option...
would a more expensive printer help me?
is there a printer that prints on more than just copy paper?
Maybe the hp designjets?
I'm trying to start a business and need to do this myself
I need a printer that I can depend on...
Thanks

I print card stock with an HP 1220 at work. It also prints 19" wide stock. The designjets should do this also. The specs for paper thickness are listed on the HP web site.

The All in Ones I have seen do not like thick paper.
