Did you check the color cartridge?
hp Photosmart Essential 3.5
Since a few days, I can't anymore print colour photographies. Printing is only black and white. Could you help me ? Thanks. My pc is on windows xp.

yes of course and if I print a document with my printing machine it goes well. I think the problem is on Photosmart Essential 3.5
You can try to reset the printer...unplug from wall for about 30sec, if that does not work...reload drivers
Hi, thank you for having a look to my problem. I just print a coloured file and it's good. I think the problem is not from the printer but from Photosmart Essentail 3.5. I going to look at the drivers or I'm going to desinstall it and reload it.
