Try to unplug it from the wall and plugging it back in.
HP Photosmart C4280 All IN One - no power
During a paper jam, the printer shut down. After removing the paper, and checking all of the connections, the printer will not turn on again. What happened. Is there any way to restore the power?

Fish 91 -- Did you resolve the problem? I just had the same problem with my HP Deskjet 5150. After rebooting, I pulled the power plug from the printer for 3 or 4 minutes, but that did nothing. So after some more teeth grinding, I pulled the power plug from the wall for 4 or 5 minutes, and voila -- power back on!During a paper jam, the printer shut down. After removing the paper, and checking all of the connections, the printer will not turn on again. What happened. Is there any way to restore the power?
