HTML text prints when printing from web pages. However, no issues when printing word documents. Web printing issue started after I accidentally removed, then had to reinstall the 3210 HP CD software. Prior to the accidental uninstall, this HTML web printing issue did not occur.

My computer is a Sony Vaio, running Microsoft Windows XP - Media Center Edition, version 5.1 (copyright 2007).

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I have also noticed that when the URL prints at the bottom of the page, it prints from a "file://C:Documents...." location. I believe the name of the webpage should be printing on the bottome of the page instead. I'm assuming this is some type of print routing issue.

I assume you meant to say it's not printing or not printing properly? What exactly is it doing or not doing?

My first thought would be to uninstall the HP drivers/software, reboot, reinstall and then check for any updates. You may want to delete the mapped printer and perform the printer creation again.
