I was using my HP laptop then i closed the lid and went out when I came back and turned on the laptop it doesnt start up. The fan is working and all the lights(the lights showing it charging and that i have turned it on) are too, although the caps and number light is flashing every few secs. My lap has enough energy as it is plugged in. What should be done?
