Did you clean both faces .. one on printer, the other on cartridge ?
If you have been doing a lot of printing it might be low in ink ...

 

Yes i cleaned both on the printer(golden pins) and print head(golden pins and the ink exit holes)
And i never use the colour one i only use the black one. i just prints a page in colour once a week so it would not dry . when it first gave me an error then i pressed the buttons on the printer in a combination so it would print a diagnostics page it was missing Yellow so i cleaned the head by using a suction with an syringe 💉 and restarted the printer . but still there was the error but then i pressed the buttons to print the diagnostics page now this time it printed every colour. C M Y K but the error is still there and i can't use the printer. My printer is ink tank so it's never low on ink i always maintain the ink level in ink tank

I already tried all these methods before coming gere . but nothing works. And now it suddenly put A on lcd screen and a alignment page printed i put it on scanner and it scanned but it failed i tried to do these steps from pc software it always print a alignment page but when i scanned it says try again. In frustration i turned the printer off and went to sleep when i woke up and turned on the printer again it still says A. And i cancelled it with x button and everything went back to normal now i had a working printer but after 10 b&w prints the colour printhead again gave an error in form of blinking lights on the colour head. And now its not working. Pls help i dont want to spend 40$(as of conversion rates ) on new heads.

 

You could try checking for firmware updates on HP's official website. Also, perform a deep clean cycle and consider resetting the printer to factory settings (note down your important settings first). If these don't work, contact HP support.

 

No firmware updates as of now. Did a deep clean cycle manually and through software. I did reset it many times by turning printer off unplugging the power cable from printer and socket waiting 60 seconds or more then turning it on again. Not worked as of now
