Hey. My printer is really screwy and i need help. I want to print some pictures and the printer starts to print but stops halfway through and i get an error message saying 'document has failed to print'. its not a printer jam because i'm not that stupid, so take my word for it. i open up the print manager and look at the document que. it never spools the whole document, even when i tell it to in the settings. and it only happens with large files. it spools 45.5 out of 45.6 mb.
i tried reinstalling the printer numerous times on different USB ports, and its always the same result. i maxed out the printer memory too, and that doesn't help either. I'm beginning to suspect the usb cable itself.
any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
