Hi,

I have a relatively new (5 months old) HP6600 printer. Usage is quite infrequent, perhaps every few weeks.

The problem is that when I try to print an image which contains colours, it prints in Greyscale. The 'Print Greyscale' checkbox is unchecked. If I run a printhead clean or 2, everything is fine, colours are good.

Could it be that I am not using it often enough to print colours?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi, its possible the ink drying up if not using it very often. just one possibility.

Sounds reasonable. I wonder why it is only the 3 colours doing it, the Black is always fine?
